We gather to honor the muck and grace of this human life - there’s a potency to this type of practice. Mind, Body & Breath

After experiencing my first savasana (final resting pose) I was intrigued by what a yoga practice had to offer. Since then my fascination and respect for the intimate connection of body, mind and breath continues to deepen.

I weave this into my daily life through embodied practices, looking to nature and the elements for guidance, sitting in deep self-inquiry and calling upon practice of yoga.
